Teftero: the Bulgarian innovation by GluckIT and Mont Soft for managing small service businesses

Bulgarian companies GluckIT and Mont Soft have joined forces to digitalize the management of small businesses in the service sector. Teftero enters the market with the ambition of becoming the first Bulgarian platform for managing and coordinating all processes in micro, small and medium-sized companies and organizations in the consulting services sector, including IT companies, marketing agencies, law firms, accountants, and non-governmental organizations.

It is an innovation that builds on familiar ERP systems by meeting entrepreneurs’ needs in terms of functionality, price, and rapid implementation, enabling them to make informed decisions quickly and effectively.

Krasimir Kamenov, CEO of GluckIT, says: “Teftero was born out of the need of companies like ours to bring together all processes related to the management, tracking, control, and reporting of our projects in one place. It allows us to make decisions easily, with the full picture in front of us.

In just two months, while we were developing the platform, I was able, as a manager, to conduct a full review of our client work and make decisions on optimization and changes that would increase efficiency and reduce costs. Transparency in the use of resources and funds improved, while the built-in templates for sample contracts and the management of financial documents also save time on administrative activities.”

A study by IDC — International Data Corporation — focused on productivity shows that challenges related to poor document management and a lack of automation lead to a loss of 21.3% of an organization’s overall productivity.

Teftero saves teams up to 20–30% of the time spent on organizational, accounting, and reporting activities. Data is entered only once, allowing employees to stay focused on what matters most. This also leads to a significant reduction in direct employer costs, limits micromanagement, and improves control over project execution.

A large-scale study by the McKinsey Global Institute found that the average knowledge worker spends nearly 20% of their working week — around 1.8 hours per day — solely searching for and gathering internal information, such as information on ongoing projects, financial documents, and more. This means that for every five employees in the office, the employer is effectively paying the full salary of one of them just to “look for documents.”

Teftero is a web-based platform and does not need to be installed on devices or computers. Intuitive and easy to use, it can be implemented in a company’s workflow within just a few days. The cybersecurity of data, company information, and client and employee records has been specially developed for Teftero by GluckIT as part of its overall partnership with Mont Soft.

The platform can be integrated, where possible, with existing accounting software programs and can support the tracking of financial resources, ensuring that the figures in the “ledger” are always accurate.

“Teftero brings the entire office together in one platform, enabling managers to make informed decisions rather than decisions based on intuition. This is very important for small and medium-sized businesses, and I am glad that we are giving them the opportunity to manage their time in a way that allows them to plan team growth and work on their projects at 100% capacity. If I could describe Teftero in three words, they would be: fully functional, highly controlled, and easy to manage”, comments Krasimir Kamenov.

The platform is offered with a two-week trial period, after which users can choose from several packages based on the scope of activities, with the only differences being the size of the team and the level of support.
